A pedestrian died Tuesday morning after being struck by a vehicle on an Interstate 80 onramp in Roseville.
The fatal collision occurred shortly before 11 a.m. on the southbound Riverside Avenue onramp. According to the Roseville Police Department, the driver of the vehicle remained at the scene.
Authorities closed the onramp to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash. An estimated reopening time has not been announced. The cause of the collision is still under investigation.
