Giants wide receiver Malik Nabers exited Sunday’s game against the Chargers in the second quarter after suffering a non-contact injury to his right knee.
Nabers went down while attempting to catch a deep pass from quarterback Jaxson Dart. He was immediately attended to by medical staff and carted off the field to the locker room for further evaluation.
While the team has not yet released an official update on his condition, he is not expected to return to the game.
Before the injury, Nabers had two receptions for 20 yards on the Giants’ opening touchdown drive. New York was leading 10-3 late in the first half when he left the game.
