Tunisian media revealed new developments in a case involving a Tunisian airline stewardess who was arrested by the French authorities at Marseille airport.

Radio Mosaique reported that the Tunisian flight attendant, who was arrested by the customs office at Marseille airport, was referred, together with four other people, including cleaning workers at Marseille airport, to the Public Prosecution of the Aux-Provence court.
The Tunisian website stated that the available data indicate thatThe five detainees are facing serious charges of “establishing consort with the aim of assaulting the property of others.”
And she explained that the French prosecution relied, in bringing the aforementioned charges, on security reports that confirmed the follow-up of the detainees’ movements for quite some time.
The five detainees face harsh penalties that may reach 10 years in prison, in addition to financial fines of more than 300,000 euros, to be paid jointly between the five accused according to French laws.
