The famous Russian doctor, Alexander Miasnikov, refuted the rumors about the dangerousness of coffee for people with heart problems.
He says in a TV interview, “I have repeatedly emphasized that coffee is not harmful for people with heart problems. There are numerous scientific studies that confirm that people who drink coffee in moderation rarely develop atrial fibrillation. So drink coffee if you like it.”
And he adds, drinking coffee in moderation means eating 2-3 cups a day, but people with liver problems can drink four cups, because coffee has a positive and therapeutic effect on the liver.
And Miasnikov notes that coffee has a positive effect on diseases such as gout, Parkinson’s and osteoporosis, in addition to its anti-cancer properties.
