Issa said: “Did the state’s projects stop or be paralyzed when the state released those who disagree with it or oppose its policies? I don’t know why Khaled Youssef’s return to Egypt? I don’t want to tell you who called him the first thing that came out.”
He continued: “President Al-Sisi called him to condolate him on the death of his brother, and said I want to see you soon.”
He added, “This means that the state is ready for dialogue. I mean, the state will not collapse if a young man wrote a tweet or presented something in need.”
He stated that there is a difference between those who differ in policies and those who differ in approach, indicating that the state has released a number of prisoners and opponents of its policies.
