A Jordanian official holds citizens responsible for the resurgence of Corona injuries

Al Hayajneh said during a meeting with the Parliamentary Health Committee regarding Corona developments: “The epidemiological situation was reassuring two weeks ago, but during the current week the number of injuries and positive examinations increased,” attributing the reason for this to “indolence and lack of commitment from citizens.”
He added that the National Committee for Epidemics is in continuous session, explaining that it met for two consecutive days to study the high number of infections and the percentage of positive examinations.
He indicated that the results of those studies will be presented to the Epidemiological Situation Assessment Committee.
He added that no action has been taken at the present time regarding the ban, and the epidemiological situation will be assessed on Tuesday.
