A government source said that the Sudanese army imposed its full control over most of the Sudanese lands in Al-Fashqah Al-Saghir on the Sudanese-Ethiopian borders except for three kilometers, which is the area separating the armies of the two countries
The source told RT that the Sudanese army is carrying out sweeping operations inside the territories that it has imposed its control over.
He added that the Sudanese army had recovered about one million acres of reclaimed agricultural land from Ethiopian citizens, confiscated agricultural crops inside those lands, and transferred some of them to the presidency of the main army garrison inside the border state of Gedaref.
