The newspaper “El Mundo del Siglo XXI” leaked exciting details of Messi’s contract with Barcelona, and its cover bore the title “The Pharaonic Decade that Destroys Barcelona”, accompanied by the number 555.237.619 euros.
The newspaper stated that the Argentine star has signed a contract since 2017, providing for more than 138 million euros per season, which is an amount divided between fixed and variable.
The contract includes two bonuses: one worth (115.225 million euros) only for accepting the renewal, and the other for his loyalty to the team, at a value of (77.929 million euros).
