The director of Amman Field Hospital, Khaldoun Allawi, confirmed that the oxygen alarm device gave a warning for a period of seconds, pointing out that the oxygen stock was checked immediately and it was found that the capacity of the tanks was 100%.
Allawi explained that the civil defense personnel were inside the hospital within a minute after the alarm was sounded.
Allawi confirmed that the alarm device connected to oxygen is currently being verified, indicating that the Amman Field Hospital has tanks with a capacity of 20 tons of oxygen in addition to a mobile tank with a capacity of 12 tons, explaining that all of them were full.
This comes after the death of 7 Corona patients in Al-Salt Governmental Hospital, following a lack of oxygen in the hospital last Saturday.
