Throughout 2022, the real estate industry was mainly driven by the development of industrial buildingsa segment that, compared to housing or offices, has not stopped growing.
However, there are other sectors that, although at lower levels, have also sustained the real estate activityafter the coup of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Such is the case of entertainment spacesairports and, of course, hospitals, which had a significant upturn during 2022.
This boom occurred, to a large extent, as a consequence of the new social dynamics that originated from the crisis sanitariaand that were maintained until recently.
projects based on eco-sustainable strategiesadoption of state-of-the-art technologies in buildings, tourist complexes, office reconfigurationoperational and industrial centers, digitization and e-commerce, are some of the global trends that will continue to gain strength until 2023.
