The Confederation of African Football (CAF) announced the selection of Egyptian Mohamed Magdy Afsha, the star of Al-Ahly, as the best player in the fourth round of the African Champions League confrontations, for the second time in a row.
And Mohamed Afsha contributed to Al-Ahly’s victory over its Congolese host Vita Club (3-0), in the meeting that brought them together last Tuesday, as part of the fourth round of the group stage of the African Champions League.
Afsha’s goal, which he scored against Vita Club in the 19th minute of the first half, also won the award for the best goal in the fourth round of the African Championship.

Al-Ahly ranks second in the Group A standings, with 7 points, three points clear of the Vita Club, who fell to third place.
While the Tanzanian team, Simba, continued to top the group list with 10 points, after winning with the same score (3-0) at its Sudanese guest Al Merrikh, who is fourth and last with one point.
