Al Jazeera Media Institute launched a new educational program under the umbrella of media knowledge that it shares with its followers on social media and visitors to its website.
The program bears the name “Terminology” and is part of a number of educational programs launched by the Al Jazeera Media Institute coinciding with the 20th anniversary of its founding. It is a program that seeks to explain and simplify some of the concepts and terminology that are circulated through the media in certain contexts, such as oligarchy, the white elephant, pressure groups, and others. falls within this framework.
The program consists of 12 episodes published periodically on the institute’s various official digital platforms. The first episode was broadcast last Thursday, January 4, and dealt with the term plutocracy.
The program is presented by Mohamed Nasra, broadcaster of Al Jazeera Mubasher, and was supervised artistically and editorially by Ahmed Sidi, a producer at the Al Jazeera Media Institute. The filming and direction were carried out by the production unit affiliated with the Al Jazeera Media Institute.
The institute is accustomed to providing educational content through its platforms. It had previously launched the “Voice and Deliverance” program, presented by journalist Salem Al-Jahoushi, and the Mazhar, the Broadcaster and Reporter, program presented by broadcaster Rawaa Oger.
