Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi revealed the scenes of what he said was a dialogue that took place between him and the US ambassador to the country, after the January 25, 2011 revolution, during his speech yesterday, Wednesday, on the sidelines of the World Youth Forum held in Sharm El-Sheikh, South Sinai.
Al-Sisi said that he responded to the US ambassador’s question about “who rules Egypt” that the Brotherhood will rule and then leave, justifying this because the Egyptian people are not led by force, he said.
It appears that the intended ambassador is Anne Patterson, who served as her country’s ambassador to Egypt between mid-2011 and 2013.
Dialogue details
During the meeting, Sisi said, “I want to tell you and assure you that your support and support for us during the past years, I imagine that you monitored it and saw it well in a state of stability, not security stability.”
The president added, “This talk is recorded in official records. One day, the American ambassador told me in 2011 who could rule Egypt? I told her the Muslim Brotherhood would rule Egypt, and she said to me: OK, and then? To her: The Egyptian people do not rule by force, they will not (do not enter) the mosque and the church in good health, and this is what happened, and the speech is recorded in official minutes.”
As usual, the pioneers of social networking sites in Egypt differed in the interpretation of the president’s words. Some of them saw that his words indicated the vision he enjoyed, and some criticized the sitting of a military commander with the American ambassador at that time.
President Sisi
The American ambassador asked 2011
Who will rule Egypt?
I told her
Brotherhood
But they won’t lastThe Egyptian people do not accept them
The people do not enter the mosque or the church against their will
This is the nature of the Egyptian peopleAnd this is documented
You are right, boss

There is no recording, no leakage, no document that says that the president is the president #Morsi Do you communicate with anyone? There is nothing but accusations of state security and intelligence informants like this #Ahmed_Musa And #Mustafa_Bakry And the court acquitted him of all this
while #sissy He himself admitted on many occasions that he had interfering with the US ambassador, Netanyahu, and the US Secretary of Defense#fact pic.twitter.com/dCX8u0UUfn— Ahmed Samir Ahmed Samir (@A_SAMIR_1) January 13, 2022
Sisi says:
In 2011, the American ambassador asked me who could rule Egypt, so I said the Brotherhood
She said and then
I said and they walked away
She said why
I replied because the Egyptian people do not rule by force and they do not want to be called, happy, or a collector of healthFrom his mouth we condemn him
Sitting with the American ambassador while you are the director of intelligence to discuss Egypt’s internal affairs is a great betrayal– Dreams 2 (@AHLAAM___2020) January 12, 2022
If this is not high treason, then what is…
