“We have to know where fentanyl is produced. If it is not produced in China, where is it produced? What is known is that it is used and causes a lot of damage in the United States, but the first thing is to know where it is produced, because obviously more is produced than what is required for medical purposes,” said the Chief Executive in his morning conference.
