Spanish issued Lamine Jamal The Barcelona star is on the list of the most expensive young football players under the age of 21 in the world with a huge market value, due to his brilliance with his team and his country’s national team, even though he is only 17 years old.
The International Center for Sports Studies (CIES) revealed a list of 20 players, aged under 21, who have the highest market value in the world, and included 3 from Barcelona, 2 from Real Madrid, and an Arab name.
Jamal ranks fifth among the players with the highest market value in the world in general, and he has also become the most expensive Spanish player in the history of football, and the most expensive in history at his age.

Gamal recently won the Best Young Player Under 21 Award (Copa Award) during the 2024 Ballon d’Or Awards ceremony, which was held in the French capital, Paris.
The brilliant player also came in eighth place in terms of the Ballon d’Or, which was won by his teammate in the Spanish national team, Rodri, the Manchester City player, ahead of the Brazilian Vinicius Junior, the Real Madrid star.
Since his first appearance with Barcelona’s first team on April 29, 2023 against Real Betis, Jamal has broken many records, and played that match at the age of only 15 years, 9 months and 16 days, becoming the youngest player in the 21st century to play in a match for the first team.
He also became the youngest player to score for Barcelona in its history (16 years and 87 days), and the youngest player to score in the Spanish League (16 years and 87 days), in the King’s Cup (16 years and 195 days), and in the Spanish Super Cup (16 years and 182 days).
