In a similar incident, an artist named Matt Small, who is not a traditional artist, did not use brush and colors to create paintings, but rather turned to a different and new style, making pictures from various scrap metal pieces, to form a charming mosaic that tells a multi-layered story, and wonderful paintings .
Using scrap that someone considered obsolete and discarded, Small explains, was able to turn it into a painted picture.
