An Egyptian citizen surrendered to the police force, after escaping from prison terms of up to 50 years.
The Qena College Prosecution Office was surprised that a citizen asked to meet with the Public Defender, and that he had come to surrender to the police forces.
According to the Egyptian newspaper “Akhbar Al-Youm”, it turned out that he managed to enter the court complex through the official door to enter citizens and that he had two names, the first Izzat and the second Mahmoud, and two sentences were issued against him, the first of which was life imprisonment and a fine of 20 thousand pounds for resurrection in association with others by killing a person and attempting to kill others because of an argument. Revenge, and the second sentence to life imprisonment for his resurrection by obtaining weapons and ammunition and using force and firing bullets.
The first public attorney for the Qena Prosecution office confirmed the veracity of the judgments issued against him and ordered his arrest, the conduct of criminal and legal procedures against him, and his delivery to the deportations section of the Courts Complex to present him to the Criminal Registry of the Qena Appeals Court to set a session before the relevant criminal department.
