The advisor to the Egyptian prime minister for administrative reform said that all ministries will move to the new administrative capital next year, as the employees who will move there have been evaluated after determining their skills.
Counselor Hani Mahmoud said that the employees who will move to the Administrative Capital were evaluated after a comprehensive assessment of their skills in Arabic and English, computer, and personal skills was carried out through international programs, and after the evaluation results appeared, the training programs that each employee needs were clarified according to To evaluate it.
He revealed that the number of employees who have been chosen to move to the new administrative capital is more than 50 thousand, and before the middle of next year all their training will be over, indicating that the employees are being trained on some specialized programs such as the Personnel Management and Human Resources Program.
He explained that this number of employees will be transferred in a period ranging from one to 3 months, and 119 government agencies will move to the new administrative capital, including ministries’ offices, in addition to the Council of Ministers and the House of Representatives and Senate.
