An Associated Press investigation showed that Israel provided little evidence of the presence of Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) fighters in the hospitals it targeted extensively in the Gaza Strip.
The agency refuted the arguments IsraelThe investigation took several months and included interviews with more than 30 patients, witnesses, medical and humanitarian workers, and Israeli officials.
The list of targeted hospitals included Al-Shifa Medical Complex, Baptist, Al-Quds, Al-Rantisi, Indonesian, Al-Awda, and Kamal Adwan, which are the main hospitals in the Gaza and North governorates, in addition to other hospitals in the south and center of the Strip.
