The parents of a woman who suffered catastrophic injuries when she was kidnapped by her boyfriend and fell from a van have revealed she may never walk or talk again.
Paddy and Nikki Lynn said Angel, 19, has ‘got not life’ now and they would ‘never forgive’ 20-year-old Chay Bowskill.
In a heartbreaking TV interview, the couple said the thug ‘laughed all through court’ and has ‘taken everything away from us’.
Bowskill was jailed for seven-and-a-half years last week after a trial heard he bundled Angel into a van which she then fell out of as it travelled close to 60mph.
The Attorney General later confirmed she is considering a complaint the sentence was unduly lenient.

Paddy, 53, and Nikki, 47, gave their first TV interview following the court case this morning, but struggled to speak through their tears.
Asked what she thought of the seven-year sentence the boyfriend got, Nikki said: ‘Devastated.
‘Angel’s just got no life now. Ever. We don’t know if she’ll ever walk, talk, eat.’ Paddy said: ‘She was beautiful.’
Nikki continued: ‘She’s amazing. Beautiful. She’s good fun. She was just really happy before she met him. She had lots of friends.
‘Now, he’s just taken everything away from us, our family. He’s taken all that away now I just can’t forgive him now. Ever.’
She went on: ‘They’ve laughed all through court, they’ve laughed all through the court case.’
Paddy said: ‘In the court yes, there was laughter and the judge had to tell them off.’
Nikki said: ‘Their quote was, the other lad said, this has ”ruined his life”. He’s not got a clue. He stood on the stand and said ”this has ruined my life”.
Paddy said of Bowskill: ‘He said he was just putting her in the van to help her, look after her, that he didn’t want her stranded there.’
Nikki added: ‘I think [the sentence] should be looked at again. And I think he should get a longer sentence.
‘I think the day before court, the sentencing, the judge said you’re looking at a hefty sentence – well I don’t think he gave a hefty sentence.’

Nikki told jurors the teenager had to be home at 6pm every evening to receive a landline call from her violent and controlling lover.
Paddy told the jury: ‘My daughter might as well have been on a tag as well. If he had to be in at six she had to be in at six too.’
In a series of social media posts, Bowskill is pictured at the age of 14 grinning as he brandishes the zombie knife in a back garden.
Other posts show him making menacing gestures and brandishing a baseball bat.
Jurors were shown CCTV of the moment he chased down the teenager when she walked off during an argument before he bundled her into a van.

The vehicle then left the village at speed and headed for the A6, where emergency services were called to a body in the carriageway soon afterwards.

Angel remains in hospital 16 months on, in a ‘catatonic’ state according to her family, unable to communicate or feed herself.
Prosecutor Jeremy Janes told jurors Bowskill had thrown Angel from the moving vehicle, which was being driven by Sansome.
But Bowskill claimed she jumped and jurors cleared him of causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
Bowskill, of Syston, and Sansome, of Birstall, both in Leicestershire, were found guilty of kidnap.
Bowskill was also convicted of coercive and controlling behaviour and perverting the course of justice and received a sentence of seven-and-a-half years.
It means he could be released on licence in a little over two years, once time served on remand is taken into account. Sansome was jailed for 21 months.
After the case, Bowskill’s deluded mother rushed to his defence and insisted her son was ‘not a bad boy’.
Kathy Norris spoke out in defence of him as pictures emerged showing him posing with a zombie knife and making offensive gestures.
The carer said she was ‘devastated’ by Angel’s life-changing injuries and her ‘heart goes out to her family’, but later defended her son’s character.
She said: ‘What happened to her has destroyed me – it is horrific, absolutely tragic, a terrible thing and I’m devastated.
‘I knew Angel well, she was always staying with Chay at our house, she was such a lovely, beautiful girl.’
A spokesman for Attorney General Suella Braverman confirmed she had received a complaint Bowskill’s sentence was unduly lenient.
It will now be considered under the Unduly Lenient Sentence scheme.
