Good news for the Lakers. After missing more than a month of competition, Anthony Davis could return to action tonight to face the Brooklyn Nets.
It has been the Lakers themselves who have anticipated that seeing the power forward on the track at the Barclays Center is a possibility, since they have updated their status in the injured section to mark it as probable.
Davis, who suffered a sprain in the median collateral ligament of his left knee on December 18, is meeting the expected recovery deadlines, since at the time the ailment occurred it was indicated that he would be more than four weeks away from low –at the moment there are a little more than five–.
The reality is that Californians are missing him. Until he was injured they had a balance of 16-14, which has gotten worse in recent times to now be in a negative record with a 23-24; that is, without him they have signed a 7-10.
