In relation to the so-called “energy integration”, the agreement provides for the promotion of the South American Energy Market.

The idea of ​​this agreement is to increase trade in gas and electricity, promote the exchange of liquefied petroleum gas and promote renewable energy.

In relation to mining, the agreement that Lula and Alberto Fernández will sign provides for the joint use of lithium, potassium, iron and other raw materials. Thus, a section is contemplated to support technological cooperation between Y-TEC and the Ministry of Technology of Brazil.

And in relation to Defense, an “interoperability” scheme has been proposed between the Armed Forces of both countries that includes the acquisition of Guarani 6×6 armored transport vehicles and the negotiation of a Class 209 TUPI submarine from the Brazilian Navy.
