A home cook has shared her no-bake recipe for a decadent ‘boozy Baileys’ fudge using just five ingredients.
The Australian woman made the dessert Baileys, Cadbury’s Caramilk chocolate blocks, condensed milk, butter and gelatine.
To make the adults-only bites, combine three blocks of the caramelised white chocolate, a tin of condense milk and a teaspoon of butter in a pot over low heat.

Stir until melted and smooth. In a bowl, stir three teaspoons of gelatine and three teaspoons of hot water until dissolved. Stir the gelatine into the chocolate mixture.
Once cooled, stir in half a cup of Baileys.
Pour the Caramilk mixture into a tray, lined with baking paper, then place in the fridge overnight until set.
‘It’s a soft texture and tastes amazing,’ she said.

While the ingredients can be melted in a pot over heat, the woman opted for a slow cooker instead.
‘Combined it in a slow cooker on high, lid off for an hour, stirring every 15 minutes,’ she said.
