About two hours later, a stabbing and robbery took place just feet away from the site of Tuesday’s mass shooting that left one man dead, eight others shot and one injured.
Baltimore County Police say they believe juveniles were involved in that incident.
The recent violence comes as violence in the area has been a concern, even for Baltimore County Police Chief Robert McCullough.
“Last night we had a detail that was… just starting at the time that this happened. They were already assigned to specifically work that area based upon information and past incidents that we had already experienced in that community,” McCullough said.
