Barcelona revealed in an official statement today, Wednesday, the nature of the injury suffered by its Brazilian star, Philippe Coutinho, during the match against Eibar in the 16th round of the Spanish League, on Tuesday.

Coutinho, who entered the pitch in the 66th minute instead of Bosnian Miralem Pjanic, was unable to complete the match due to an injury he sustained in stoppage time from the match, which ended in a 1-1 positive draw.
