In conjunction with the publication of Mohamed Salah, the top scorer of the Liverpool team, a mysterious tweet today, Monday, a Spanish report stated that the Egyptian star had become on the radar of the Spanish club Barcelona.

“The matter is still in our hands,” Salah said in a tweet to him through his official account on Twitter, with two pictures of the Reds celebrating their two goals in their victory over Brighton last Saturday, in which Salah scored his 20th goal to be single at the top of the Premier League scorers list this season.

Although the Egyptian star did not disclose exactly what he wanted, it is clear that his tweet was dropped on the Premier League title struggle, after the difference between Liverpool, the second-placed player, with 66 points, and leaders Manchester City, only 3 points.

This means that the title is still in the hands of Liverpool if it wins all its remaining matches, including its upcoming confrontation with Manchester City on April 9.

On the other hand, the Spanish newspaper “AS” said that Barcelona is turning its attention to Mohamed Salah if he fails to include Erling Haaland, the top scorer of Borussia Dortmund this summer.

The newspaper pointed out that the Liverpool star tops the short list of 3 players drawn up by Barcelona to support the team, which is suffering from financial distress, making Manchester City the closest to resolving Haaland’s signature.

And Barcelona paid to put Salah in his calculations, the uncertainty surrounding his future with Liverpool, which rejects the financial terms of the Egyptian star to renew his contract, which expires in the summer of 2023.
