Frank Lampard would have been watching the England game with some concern on Sunday, as Ben Chilwell was replaced in the first half with what appeared to be a lower back injury.
The Chelsea man left the field after just 38 minutes after picking up a knock, and it is unclear at this stage how bad the injury is.
Arsenal‘s Bukayo Saka came on to replace him for his competitive England debut.

Chilwell was able to leave the field under his own power, and didn’t appear to be in too much pain as he headed for the bench.
So Chelsea, who are just outside the top four, will be hoping he can return to action for their game against Newcastle next weekend.
Gareth Southgate was forced to leave Raheem Sterling out of the starting XI for the game after the forward picked up a knock in training. The Three Lions boss also revealed Jordan Henderson was forced to come off due to muscle tightness.

England conceded two goals early on, with Youri Tielemans netting after 10 minutes, followed up by a direct free kick from Dries Mertens after 23 minutes.
It is another blow for Frank Lampard and Chelsea, as well as for Chilwell himself, who missed the opening weeks of the season with a heel injury.
Earlier this week, Chilwell insisted that the Blues will be able to ‘win a lot of silverware’ following his £50million arrival.
Although he has missed games, he had impressed Southgate enough to earn his spot in the starting team for the Nations League encounter.
