Almost two hours lasted the conversation between the president of the United States, Joe Biden, and the president of China Xi Jinping. According to the White House, Biden warned Xi about the consequences for his country if he gives material aid to Russia. They did not give details of what those warnings had been. For his part, Lloyd Austin, Secretary of Defense of the United States, points out that the Russian soldiers “have had problems with logistics, therefore, we have seen a series of missteps along the way.”
