The Biden administration has ruled that Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman should be given immunity in a case brought against him by Jamal Khashoggi’s fiancée. The Biden government said the journalist was assassinated on the prince’s orders, but now says that because of the institutional charges the Saudi prince represents, the Justice Department has asked to dismiss the lawsuit.
