Bill Clinton‘s brother Roger has been spotted for the first time in years as it’s emerged that he refuses to ever meet his young grandson.
The former President’s younger half-brother, 64, looked a little worse for wear in exclusive DailyMail.com photos as he was spotted near his home in Torrance, California, where he has been holed up during the pandemic with his 32-year-old partner Malory Parker.
Roger – who has been at the center of scandals for decades – has never met the child who is believed to be his only grandchild, who turned three earlier this month, a family source tells DailyMail.com.
The former wannabe rock star walked out on love child Macy Smit’s mother Martha Spivey when she was pregnant and has refused to be a part of their lives ever since.
When 29-year-old hairstylist Macy’s own son was born in February 2018, Roger is said to have sent a picture but made no attempt to see the little boy in person.
A family source exclusively told DailyMail.com: ‘Macy and her mom are done with trying to have Roger in Macy’s life.’

‘He paid the child support for her but once that was done, that was it,’ the source said.
‘Macy and Martha say they are not going to beg Roger to be in their lives and are done with the whole scenario.

‘Macy has got a little boy now, he turned three on February 6, but Roger has never seen him except for a picture which they kindly sent. They’ve vowed they won’t send another.
‘When Macy was pregnant Roger sent her a gift and she appreciated that but she figured he might try to reach out. He never has.
‘Macy is an amazing hairdresser and she’s doing very well.
‘For her part, Martha says she’s got Macy and she’s got her grandson so she’s the one who came out ahead.
‘As for the Clinton family, Macy and Martha don’t care what they do anymore.
‘They did everything they could to have them in their lives but if they choose not to it’s on them.
‘Macy is a grown woman now, she’s turning 30 in April. She doesn’t even want to be known as a Clinton anymore.’
Following his brief relationship with Martha, Roger went on to marry Molly D’Ann Martin in 1994.
The couple had son Tyler Cassidy Clinton that same year and the youngster is currently a male model who in 2017 signed with top agency IMG Models.

During Bill’s presidency, Roger was given the codename ‘Headache’ by the Secret Service due to his chaotic behavior.
Before he left office in January 2001, Bill, now 74, granted Roger a controversial presidential pardon for a 1985 cocaine-trafficking conviction.
Roger – the son of Bill’s car salesman stepdad Roger Clinton Sr. and mom Virginia Clinton Kelley – served time in prison after he was caught in a sting operation and convicted of conspiring to distribute cocaine.
The presidential pardon expunged the conviction from Roger’s criminal record.
He was also investigated by Congressional officials over claims that he may have been paid to help secure pardons for other convicted criminals including mobster Rosario Gambino.
It was claimed that Roger had been handed $50,000 and a gold Rolex watch to help secure the release of the convicted heroin trafficker and member of New York’s infamous Gambino crime family, although no pardon was granted.

Roger denied accepting any money for pardons but acknowledged recommending up to half a dozen ‘dear friends’ for clemency. No wrongdoing was uncovered.
Just months after his own pardon Roger was arrested for DUI in Hermosa Beach, California, in June 2001 and later sentenced to two years’ probation after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor count of reckless driving.
On June 5, 2016, he was again arrested for DUI in Redondo Beach, California, and sentenced to three years’ probation and two days in jail for refusing a chemical test after pleading no contest to driving while impaired.
Roger also landed in hot water in 2015 during his sister-in-law Hillary Clinton’s failed presidential run when it emerged that he had used his brother’s name to win a $100,000 consulting contract with a company looking to build houses in Haiti following the devastating 2010 earthquake.
Roger and Macy could not be reached for comment.
