Bolton said, in an interview with “CNN”, Saturday: “I think he has to resign, but there is no chance of that happening at all.”
He indicated that those calling for implementing the 25th amendment to the constitution or launching the impeachment process are not expected to prove that following either of these two approaches would be better for the country than leaving things as they are now during the remaining 12 days of Trump’s term.
