Today, Tuesday, the Brazilian Ministry of Health announced that it had recorded about 64,000 infections and 1,100 new deaths from the Coronavirus, in a sharp rise for both indicators.

The Ministry stated, in a daily statistics, that the number of registered infections with Coronavirus “Covid-19” in the country during the past 24 hours increased by 6,4025, bringing the total number to 81,956,377.
This comes after the daily injuries index on January 9 reached 62,290 cases, on January 10, 29792, and on January 11, 25,822.
The Brazilian Ministry of Health also stated that it had detected 1110 deaths from the disease, bringing the death toll from the pandemic in the country to the level of 204,690 people.
And the number of new deaths due to the Corona virus previously reached 1171 cases, on January 10, 469, and on January 11, 480.
Brazil recorded the second largest death toll from the virus in the world after the United States, and the third highest number of infections after the United States and India.
