WWE Superstar Bron Breakker has his sights set on the company’s top prize, but a potential dream match against Roman Reigns is not part of his current plans.
In an interview with Michael Fairman ahead of SummerSlam, the RAW powerhouse explained that his focus is solely on championship gold. When asked about his interest in a one-on-one encounter with “The Tribal Chief,” Breakker was dismissive, pointing out that Reigns no longer holds the top title.
“No, because Roman’s not the champion,” Breakker stated. “Whoever’s the WWE Champion better be sweating.”
Ordinarily, WWE’s brand split would present an obstacle to Breakker’s championship aspirations. However, with the company frequently blurring the lines between its RAW and SmackDown rosters, a cross-brand title challenge is not out of the question. Alternatively, a victory in the Royal Rumble match would provide a guaranteed path to a championship opportunity, regardless of brand affiliation.
