Australian hardware giant Bunnings is set to unveil a new Lego-style miniature truck as part of its latest collectable promotion for kids.
The 117-piece Building Block Truck featuring the chain’s iconic logo is the first of five collectables to hit shelves from Thursday for just $10 each.
Children as young as six will be able to build a replica of their favourite store’s truck, which has been described as the ‘quiet hero, always ensuring the shelves are fully stocked with more than 40,000 products for customers to choose from.’

The other four mystery toys have remained ‘top secret’ – but the chain has confirmed one add-on will be released every month until May.
‘Each add-on will be a replica of features you can easily spot inside a Bunnings Warehouse so that customers can collect and build some of their favourite in store features,’ the chain said.
Shoppers will need to collect all five to complete their block warehouse.
The new collectable range comes just weeks after Bunnings brought back its hugely popular $30 Lego-inspired building block set 168 pieces.

The kit was stripped from shelves in late 2019 after parents raced to get their hands on the toy for their kids in the lead up to Christmas.
The set features a miniature warehouse, an outdoor garden centre and a sausage sizzle stand, an iconic Australian barbecue event which raises money for various charities outside Bunnings each weekend.
Back by popular demand, the chain re-launched the kits in December – and it’s still available for purchase in store or online.
The blocks in the sets are compatible with standard Lego bricks – meaning Lego pieces can be added to the warehouse to take the design to the next level.
Collectables have been a huge hit among shoppers, with supermarket chains Coles and Woolworths launching its own successful miniature toys every year, including Little Shops, Ooshies, and Discovery Garden.
