Brody Jenner revealed that he gave his father, Caitlyn Jenner, advance notice about his televised comments concerning feelings of childhood abandonment. Although he emphasized their past issues are resolved, he proactively contacted her before the episode aired.
“We talk all the time,” Brody told E! News in January. “I even texted Caitlyn after I watched the episode… But, we’re in a good place.”
He added that Caitlyn was entirely supportive and understanding. According to Brody, she responded, “Look, I’ve done all these types of shows. I know how these things work, but you’re doing great.”
