The ACT has removed all travel restrictions with New South Wales.
NSW Health said there were no new local cases of Covid-19 for the 12th day in a row on Friday.
The ACT had blocked arrivals from the Sydney LGA of Cumberland but that rule will be removed at 3pm on Friday, meaning residents from all of NSW can enter.
Some 20 Canberra residents are allowed out of quarantine after they were forced to isolate because they had been in western Sydney.
New South Wales had three cases acquired overseas, bringing the total number of COVID-19 cases in NSW since the beginning of the pandemic to 4,910.
There were 11,897 tests reported to 8pm last night, compared with the previous day’s total of 7,809.
