Tennis star Casper Ruud has been named the new face of Mango Man, joining an esteemed list of past ambassadors that includes soccer icons Antoine Griezmann, Gerard Piqué, and Zinedine Zidane, as well as actor Adrien Brody. In a campaign photographed by James Brodribb, Ruud showcases the brand’s latest collection, which emphasizes versatility through a neutral color palette of black, white, grey, and light brown.
“My journey hasn’t been about noise. It’s been about building something real,” Ruud states in his debut commercial. “Your story isn’t told for you. You craft it. One choice at a time.”
The new partnership comes as Ruud continues his strong performance on the court. After representing Team Europe in his fifth consecutive Laver Cup, he has advanced to the quarterfinals of the ATP 500 event in Tokyo. The No. 4 seed is currently vying for a spot in the eight-man Nitto ATP Finals and could move up to No. 10 in the Race to Turin with a tournament victory. He is set to face Aleksandar Vukic on Sunday at the Kinoshita Group Japan Open Tennis Championships.
