Liverpool achieved a “comfortable” victory in the Champions League semi-final, first leg, against its Spanish guest, Villarreal, with a score of 2-0, on Wednesday evening.
And at the end of the match, it seemed as if Villarreal defender, Argentine Juan Voight, went to coach Jurgen Klopp, and he addressed some words to him in anger.
Voight’s attack on Klopp led to him entering a verbal confrontation with captain Jordan Henderson, who insulted the Argentine player in a clip that spread on social media.
Klopp appeared sarcastic and calm at Voight, who continued to express his anger, for an unknown reason, before the intervention of Henderson and defender Trent Alexander Arnold.
Liverpool’s reserve goalkeeper, Adrian, managed to calm the situation, and spoke with Voight in Spanish.
