Chase Offers frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Chase Offers are deals available to select Chase credit and debit cardholders. These offers get you cash back at a variety of merchants, including retail stores, services, and restaurants.
Chase Offers generally get you cash back in the form of a percentage. For example, on my Chase Sapphire Reserve® account, I currently see an offer for 10% back at Office Depot, with an $11 maximum. However, some offers get you a flat cash-back amount, such as $12 back on a Stitch Fix purchase.
To use a Chase Offer, just click on it to add it to your account. Once you make a qualifying purchase with your card while the offer is still valid, you’ll receive the cash back as a statement credit to your account. The terms say it can take up to 14 business days for the statement credit to post, but typically it takes less time.
You can find your Chase Offers in a menu on the sidebar when you log in to your online Chase account. Similarly, you’ll see Chase Offers toward the bottom of the main screen in your Chase app.
Each Chase Offer has an expiration date — in your account, this will be displayed as how many days you have left to use it. Keep this date in mind, because you won’t be eligible for cash back if you don’t make a purchase in time.
Not every Chase cardholder will see the same Chase Offers associated with their accounts, and some accounts may have more offers than others. For example, I have over 30 offers on my Chase Sapphire Reserve® account, but only 23 on my Chase Freedom Unlimited® and just six on my Southwest Rapid Rewards® Priority Credit Card.
All you need to access Chase Offers is a Chase credit card or debit card. It doesn’t cost anything to add an offer to your card, but to earn cash back from the offer you’ll need to make a qualifying purchase at the offering merchant.
You can add as many of the Chase Offers that appear in your account to your card as you want, and there’s no harm in adding an offer even if you’re not sure you’ll use it.
