China successfully launched a group of Yaogan-31 “smart” satellites into the specified orbit by the Long March-4C missile from the Jiuquan Center in the northwest of the country on Friday, January 29th.
The launch center said that this is the mission of Flight 359 carried out by the Long March series of carrier rockets.
The Chinese CCTV report said that after entering the planned orbit, the satellites will be used in studying the electromagnetic environment and other related technological and scientific tests.
