Christopher Mintz-Plasse took kiss-cam to another level by showing off fiancée Britt Bowman’s engagement ring on Saturday – almost five months after proposing.
The actor, best known for his role as hapless teenager McLovin’ in Greg Mottola’s 2007 comedy Superbad, proposed to professional photographer Bowman with a diamond encrusted ring on Christmas Eve.
And it was back on display as the couple watched Boston Celtics play Atlanta Hawks over the weekend in a hotly contested NBA playoff at Massachusetts venue TD Garden arena.
With cameras trained on Mintz-Plasse, 33, the American star held Bowman’s hand aloft, revealing her engagement ring as they shared a prolonged kiss.
Taking to Twitter later that evening, he wrote: ‘Boston you’re always a LIT ASS TIME. I love you see you soon. Celtics in four.’

The actor’s enthusiasm appeared to pay off, with the home side edging a 99-112 victory over their Atlanta rivals.
Mintz-Plasse confirmed his engagement to long-term girlfriend Bowman in a series of photos shared with Instagram followers in December.
‘Life’s over!!!’ he captioned the slideshow, which began with a selfie of them kissing as she flashed her engagement ring for the first time.
The next image showed them smiling as she held up her sparkler, before another of them toasting in their kitchen with their arms wrapped around each other.
Additional pictures from the holiday weekend showed them bowling with friends and Mintz-Plasse practicing getting down on one knee with pal Matthew Koma, who is married to Hilary Duff.

Bowman tagged pictures from the special day in South Sioux City, Nebraska, but later revealed on her Instagram Story they were headed on a long road trip after their plane was cancelled by Southwest Airlines.
Mintz-Plasse is best known for appearing in Superbad as Jonah Hill and Michael Cera’s dorky friend Fogell, who later earns the nickname McLovin.
He then appeared as Chris D’Amico in 2010 hit Kick-Ass and its 2013 sequel Kick-Ass 2.
Over the years he pivoted to voice acting, with his participation in the How to Train Your Dragon franchise from 2010 to 2019 as the voice of Fishlegs Ingerman and King Gristle Jr. in 2016 release Trolls.
