Today, Monday, Russia recorded 17,648 new cases of Coronavirus during the past 24 hours, the lowest indicator since last October 28, while the toll reached 3 million 86,087 cases.

The Russian Operations Center for Coronavirus Control stated in its daily update, that the number of deaths due to Covid-19 increased by 437 (compared to 485 yesterday), bringing the total number to 73,619 deaths.
According to the center’s data, 18,169 people recovered during the past day, bringing the total of those recovering to 3 million to 318,173, with 476,295 active cases remaining.
The infection rates in the capital, Moscow, and the city of Petersburg continued to decline, as Moscow recorded 2,037 new cases today, compared to 2,284 yesterday, with daily deaths also declining from 66 to 61.
In turn, Petersburg recorded 1860 injuries compared to 2160 in the previous statistic, but the number of new deaths in the city increased from 47 yesterday to 53 today.
