The US military announced the monitoring of the outbreak of the new Corona virus, on board two warships belonging to it, located in the Middle East.
The US Fifth Fleet confirmed, in a statement issued today, Friday, that about 12 people had been infected with the Coronavirus on board the amphibious transport ship San Diego, anchored in a port in Bahrain, carrying about 600 sailors and Marines.

The statement pointed out that all the injured entered quarantine on board the ship, and was isolated at the port, adding that the visits and providing military support at the port came in coordination with the Bahraini government and Ministry of Health.
