An Aldi store, a Vietnamese restaurant and a popular shopping centre are on high alert after being added to a growing list of Victorian venues exposed to Covid-19.
The Victorian Health Department have added seven new Tier 1 sites to their public exposure sites list overnight after the state recorded 11 new coronavirus cases on Monday, bringing the state’s total to 51.
More than a dozen other sites were added to the list on Monday, taking the number of exposed venues across Melbourne to 329.
The following venues are considered Tier 1, with anyone who visited required to immediately isolate, get a Covid test and quarantine for 14 days.
Anyone who visited Co Do Vietnamese restaurant, in Sunshine on May 27 between 11am-12pm must isolate immediately
Aldi in South Melbourne (pictured) has also been listed as a new Tier 1 exposure site
They include anyone who visited Jamaica Blue Cafe, in Craigieburn, on May 23 between 10am-11.30am or South Melbourne Aldi, 100 Market Street, on May 28 between 2pm-3.30pm.
Other affected sites are Heidelberg Woolworths, on Lower Heidelberg Road, on May 25 between 11am-11.50am, Co Do Vietnamese restaurant, in Sunshine, on May 27 between 11am-12pm, and Subway in Rye on May 21, between 2pm-4pm.
In Point Cook, the same health advice applies to those who visited two venues in Stockland Shopping Centre on May 26 between 3.30pm-5.30pm: Quality Meats and Grocery supermarket and Marketplace Fresh Fruit and Vegetables.
The Department of Health has also elaborated on which areas in Brimbank shopping centre, in the city’s western suburbs, were visited by a positive case on May 26, 27, and 28.

Across various times, the infectious person went to the muffin break, male bathrooms, and food court on all three days – with the three sites now declared Tier 1 sites.
The Food Court, on the corner of Neale and Station Roads, was exposed on May 26 between 8.45am-5.30pm, May 27 between 11.45am-9.30pm, and May 28 between 8.45am-6.30pm.
Muffin Break, on level one of the centre, was attended on May 26 between 8.45am-5.30pm, May 27 between 11.45am-9.30pm and May 28 between 8.45am-6.30pm;.
The male bathroom, on the corner of Neale and Station roads, was visited on May 26 between 8.45am-5.30pm, on May 27 between 11.45am-9.30pm, and on May 28 between 8.45am-6.30pm.
Other Tier 1 venues included Coles Epping Plaza, on May 19 between 3pm and 3.48pm and the Metricon Homes Campbellfield office on May 25 between 1.33pm-2.36pm.
New Tier 2 sites included Brighton Beach hotel, Kmart Epping, Coles Epping Plaza, Laurimar Medical Centre in Doreen, Ambarsari Dhaba in Craigieburn, Shell Coles Express Braeside, Turtle Cafe Elwood, and Chemist Warehouse at the Epping Homemaker Centre.
The Victorian Department of Health is urging residents to regularly monitor the exposure site list for updates.
Anyone who has visited a Tier 1 exposure site must immediately isolate, get a Covid test and quarantine for 14 days.
Anyone who has visited a Tier 2 exposure site during times listed should urgently get a test and isolate until they receive a negative result.
Anyone who has visited a Tier 3 exposure site during times listed should monitor for symptoms – if symptoms develop, immediately get tested and isolate until you receive a negative result.
Seven buses on Victoria’s public transport network have also been listed as Tier 1 exposure sites.
There are three 412 buses affected, including the Central Square shopping centre/Merton Street to Footscray Station route on May 26 and 27, between 5.40am-6.25amo, and the Paisley Street/Footscray to Millers Road/Geelong route on May 27 between 2.39pm-2.52pm.
An alert has also been issued for bus number 406 for the Emu Road/Smith Street to Footscray Station route on May 26, between between 6.34am-6.50am and 1.28pm – 1.44pm.
