1.Put toe cap into the crampons, the front of steel wire and toe cap should keep a line.
2.Stretched up the heel to fit your shoes.
3.Velcro strap around one side of the crampons and cross into metal ring.
4.Velcro strap cross another side of the crampons and tighten.
5.Stick on the velcro strap tightly.
6.Finished.
