Hebrew media said that Israel will approve the construction of 850 settlement units in the West Bank next week, days before the inauguration of the US president-elect, Joe Biden.

Today, Monday, the official Kan channel reported that about 500 housing units will be approved for construction in the settlement of Itamar, Beit El, Shafi Shomron, Uranit and Givat Ze’ev.
It added that about 250 other units will be approved indefinitely in Neve Nehemiah, a settlement outpost established in 2002 on the lands of Iskaka village, east of Salfit Governorate in the northern West Bank.
In the settlement of Tal Menashe, construction of 100 new housing units will be approved indefinitely, according to the same source.
The US President-elect, Joe Biden, is officially inaugurated on January 20.
