A federal judge has ordered a video conference hearing for today in the civil lawsuit involving Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and comedian Drew ‘Druski’ Desbordes.
The hearing, scheduled by Judge Rita F. Lin for 3:30 PM PST, will require attorneys for Desbordes to answer questions from the court.
The lawsuit was filed by Ashley Parham and two anonymous plaintiffs, identified as John and Jane Doe. Combs and Desbordes are accused of multiple charges, including sexual assault and violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act.
