The disciplinary committee of the Italian Football Association decided to suspend Inter Milan coach Antonio Conte for two matches and to fine him 20 thousand euros after he was expelled from his team’s match against Udinese last Saturday.
Conte got a yellow card after protesting against the decisions of referee Fabio Maresca, before uttering other words and the referee returned to announce the red card in his face.
With this penalty, Conte will miss his team’s next two Serie A matches (Calcio) against Benevento and Fiorentina, respectively.
It is noteworthy that Inter is preparing to face its neighbor Milan in the derby of rage at the San Siro stadium today, Tuesday, in the quarter-finals of the Italian Cup.
