Therefore, it should be consumed in small quantities.
Experts agree that when choosing the type of honey, it is preferable to buy it in a wax disk, because it guarantees its quality and quality.
And Tikhomirova notes that the recommendation to drink tea with honey when suffering from cold diseases does not speed up healing. Because melting honey in hot tea loses its beneficial properties and says, “This is an old tradition that is still used until now, because a person with a cold needs moral and material support, so he used to take honey, which was then the only delicious substance available.”
She adds, obesity is among the few contraindications to eating honey, as it is high in calories. There are those who suffer from allergies to flowers or bee venom.
Professor Boerov points out that consuming honey with alcoholic drinks poses a great health risk. Because too much of this leads to fatty changes in the liver, which leads to inflammation, which later develops into cirrhosis.
He adds, of course, if a person consumes one cup per month, this does not pose any danger to his health, but drinking honey with alcohol regularly and periodically will inevitably lead to cirrhosis.
