The Israeli occupation aircraft and artillery continued violent bombardment on all areas of the Gaza Strip during the night, resulting in the death and injury of dozens of Palestinians.
Press and local sources told the Palestinian News Agency (Wafa) that at least 15 martyrs were killed in a bombing that targeted a house for the Abu Shamala family near the medical services headquarters in the Al-Zawaida area in the central Gaza Strip.
The sources added that Israeli warplanes raided a 4-storey building in the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza, leaving dozens of martyrs and wounded.
A bombing in Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip, also resulted in the death of a number of Palestinians and the injury of others, according to the agency.
The areas of Beit Hanoun, Beit Lahia, Al-Atatra, and northwest of Gaza City witnessed violent bombardment by Israeli army aircraft, and areas in Al-Bureij, east of Khan Yunis, and east of Rafah were subjected to raids and violent artillery shelling.
Three Palestinians were killed and others were injured in a bombing on a house west of the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip. Airplanes also targeted several homes in the Tal al-Hawa neighborhood, southwest of Gaza City.
Israeli aircraft also renewed their bombing of homes in the vicinity of Al-Quds Hospital, affiliated with the Red Crescent Society, west of Gaza City, while reconnaissance aircraft continue to fly intensively in the skies of the Gaza Strip, and flare bombs continue to be fired over most parts of the Gaza Strip.
